Our Saturday Workshops are offered to people who have completed an MBSR Course with Keith or have been taking Yoga Classes with Amanda. They are an opportunity to deepen your practice.

The day is structured around practices such as Guided Meditation, the Body Scan, Yoga, and Mindful Walking. There is always time for Tea & Scones and a chance to catch up with friends old and new.

Being Aware

Mindfulness practice works best when we commit to it long term.  It is natural that practice has its ups and downs, but how can we keep coming back to it?  One great way to maintain that long term commitment is to practice in a group.  Our workshops are designed to support your practice and keep you motivated.
